Summit Trace Apartments

We lived at Summit Trace for 6 years. During that time we enjoyed the quiet community, convenient access to local amenities, low utilities, and a lower starting rent for the area. The solid construction of the units means that they are quieter and no creaky floors. Payment portal is easy to navigate and we were able to setup autopay so that we never missed a payment. The units themselves are a mixed-bag when it comes to finishes. Some have been updated over the years, others have not. There is no difference in price so if offered a unit, only accept a fully renovated one. Even then, some finishes will be older or the renovations will be of low quality. We’ve lived here 3 years now & enjoy this community very much. It’s very well kept, quiet and the other residents are all friendly & very nice. Our few maintenance requests have been addressed quickly, including the most recent one a couple of days ago when our refrigerator decided to stop working altogether. Even though it was after regular business hours, maintenance had it replaced quickly, thanks so much Nancy, Jason, & Mario. We would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great apartment in the Langhorne neighborhood!

I've lived here for 5 months now and experienced maintenance and the office manager personally. So here's my input... They are all truly amazing people working here. They really treat you with the utmost respect, respond IMMEDIATELY to any issue emergency or non emergency. Management makes sure you're happy at the end of the day on top of maintenance doing the same. You can't hear your neighbors because of the CONCRETE that separates you all. Not that drywall bs at every other complex. My apartment is well insulated so it stays a constant temperature thus far from winter to spring to summer. I understand its expensive here but this is truly one of those instances of you pay for what you get. Top dollar for top service and housing.

I am just renewing my lease for another year. I love it here! Very quiet and peaceful. The grounds are kept up with and residents do a good job keeping the grounds clean as well! Very friendly neighbors. The apartments are very clean and nice inside as well. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests in my experience. I just found out how phenomenal the snow removal crew is here too! It’s in a very convenient location even if you can’t drive! There are plenty of furry neighbors to meet to but not once did I step in dog crap. Deer crap almost lol but I love seeing the deer come right up near my balcony at times too. Even saw Buck. The pool is never overcrowded and is peaceful and relaxing too. The utilities are very affordable especially coming from a decent size home. Thankfully Sum
