Middletown Trace Apartments

I am a resident at Middletown Trace Apartments and I had an issue with my toilet, maintenance came right away and fixed it. Very polite and kept me informed. I believe he said his name is Ernie. Very nice and quick. He even helped me unclog my vacuum as he heard me vacuuming.

We’ve been living here for around 1.5 years and it has been a great experience all around. Everyone at the leasing office is so kind and has been helpful with anything we needed. Maintenance is timely and friendly as well. The whole community is nice and quiet. Landscaping is always kept up. We love the amenities. Overall, one of the best rental places I’ve lived at.

This place has a very nice staff and incredible maintenance personnel, but they refuse to fix the numerous complex wide plumbing issues, so I decided to move. You will face constant clogged drains. In the winter, it's worse when pipes are freezing. Sometimes, your pipes are fine and then clogged completely next use. This issue was so frequent that I had to call maintenance about every other month. Considering what they charge for rent this is completely unacceptable quality of life issue, and I would recommend against this place until they do. This issue impacts everyone.

Middletown Trace Apartments are a beautiful place to live. The manager Karen and Assistant Manager Nancy are amazing as well as Alexis. The maintenance staff are second to none. Tim and Rob have done amazing fixes on things. Everything done here is always timely and very good. Any outside contractors used are excellent. This is a wonderful community to be a part of and a safe and well-kept place to live thanks to our top-notch office staff mentioned above and the maintenance staff.

I have lived at Middletown Trace apartment for over two and a half years and though I'm moving I must say that this has been one of the best experience I have ever had in an apartment. The staff have all been so accommodating and helpful. Ms. Nancy has the warmest personality. She made me feel welcome from the first day I walked into the rental office. Audrey is so nice and has always been pleasant and professional when we spoke. And Karen the office manger is absolutely great! She was always on tops of things. I never called the office for anything and didn't get a positive response from her. She was always warm and welcoming and made sure that our community had everything that it needed.
