Orchard Square Apartments

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Orchard Square is a wonderful community — clean, well maintained, and comfortable to live in. I especially want to recognize Eileen Wilcox, the Community Manager. She is extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with any question or concern. Eileen is very responsive and truly cares about the residents, which makes a big difference. Thanks to her, living at Orchard Square feels easy and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I am so glad to live at Orchard Square. The prep notifications from Eileen were very helpful and informative during the recent snowstorm January 23 24th . Steve and Kyle seemed to be out there 24 -7, always shoveling and moving the snow around to clear out the areas needed for access. A wonderful team!

We’ve lived here for years and love it. Miss Eileen, Steve, and Kyle really make it such a nice community. They are so kind to our daughter and she really thinks of them as her friends. Anytime we need a hand with maintenance the guys are there right away, totally recommend this complex for families.

We recently had the pleasure of living at this complex, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From day one, Eileen has been incredibly welcoming and attentive. The moving in process was really smooth and we had a pleasure working with her. Eileen always making sure we feel at home. The property itself is consistently clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment to come back to every day. Huge thank you to Kyle and Steve, they are incredible and ready to help any time.

I have lived at Orchard Square apartments for a little over a year now since February 2024 and I have to say that Kyle and Steve are an incredible duo as the maintenance crew! They go above and beyond for every call made or message left and respond with urgency! They are also very genuinely kind and caring individuals. Whenever I meet them, they always greet me with warmth and kindness. There is no time that I ever needed something fixed and they did not promptly. Every single time ( whether emergency or not) they are always quick to respond and ready to service the residents! They have come to my apartment promptly to fix issues that have risen.
