I am a Realtor in NC and had a personal transaction where the loan officer used Summit, and it was a disaster. Don't need to waste your time with the details, but they delayed a closing that was to occur on the Wednesday before Thankgiving. That pushed it to Monday, causing my new renter to miss the entire 4 day weekend to move in. Frankly, I won't be using the loan officer again either, since they rely on Summit.
