I bought a house in East Providence 5 years ago with another real estate agent. What a mistake, Mateus was the other realtor at the time. When it came time to sell the house, I went with Mateus Reality this time, and what a difference it makes when someone has 40 years of experience. After the inspection I had to upgrade several things, some electrical work, some plumbing, and carpentry. Luis Mateus turned into the best general contractor you could have. Not only was the work done well, it was done in a of a couple of weeks. Each person he brought in was an expert and cost-effective. Jeffrey Mateus is probably one of the best Professionals that I ever met, he has so much knowledge about the market, houses and just about anything that you can think of that has to do with houses. He will pretty much hold your hand and show you A – Z how to sell a house and in case you need to fix something, he will probably recommend someone very reliable for a very fair price. I personally could not recommend anyone better to do business with, he is very diligent and a very honest man that will go the extra mile to make sure that you are successful in your transaction.
