Patty Bain was my realtor in the recent purchase of a condo and for the subsequent sale of my home. I could not have asked for better support during this life changing time. She helped me navigate the many confusing requirements with ease. Patty has a friendly, approachable manner; she is extremely responsive, answering texts and calls promptly and making herself available outside of normal business hours. It was like having a friend assist me, but a friend with invaluable expertise. I felt I could trust her completely, which made the process of buying and selling feel smooth and orderly, like something to move through, rather than stress over. I am grateful for her help and recommend her without reservation.

I have bought and sold 6 homes through my lifetime using several different real estate agents, most of whom were good. BUT Patty is the best of the best, the cream of the crop. Patty is simply the best realtor out there! She helped me buy my first house 10 years ago, sell it a few years later, and recently helped me buy another home.
