They are a great place to rent from, very responsive to maintenance. I couldn’t find my keys and thought I’d lost them and the response time was great. The only downside was a fire alarm had a low battery in another apartment and it took a month for them to replace the batteries. When I moved out I needed a change made to my security deposit and they made it really easy and responded quickly. That’s the only unfortunate experience. If I could rate them a 4.75 I would. Overall, I highly recommend them.

I had a pipe burst in my bathroom/kitchen ceiling & there was a lot of work to be done & they did a great job making sure I was all set. I don’t know the plumbers name but William was one of the workers & he was great, went above & beyond. I wish everyone who worked there was like that! The ceiling is still open cause the electrical work needs to be done so hopefully they’ll do just as good making sure I’m all set.

We’ve been with Stonelink for over a year and have had a great experience. Response time is very important to me, and they consistently reply quickly and thoroughly. Geraldine is our property manager and she’s fantastic to work with. Frank helped us list the property and determine the rental price, and his guidance was much appreciated. Overall professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Highly recommended.
