Summit Point Apartment

i have a couple of friends that live there. large complex with playgrounds for kids and some adult activities for adults.my rating is based on how dated the apartments are. if any updates were done the apartments of my friends must be on the wait list. apartments are spacious with one bedroom. i have not seen a 2 bedroom. very quite and great location with lots of parking. swimming pool included. i like the trash compactor vs the stand up or 40 yard container. with updates it becomes a 4. most of the renters have been there 8 plus years which i give big huge praise to management

Rude sign says now leasing but no available apartments 🤦‍♀️ so basically they just want your application money to get on a waiting list.

Outside looks good but price too high
