Pricing for this product is too high. The appliances, plumbing and cabinetry are not commensurate with what is being asked. While the floor plans are desireable, and having a single-level option is smart, the taste level of the person selecting the finishes (which they stated could not be changed) is lacking. Very disappointed.
We've lived in our new Summit Estates home for 7 months and are very happy with the house as well as the service we've received from Cornerstone Communities.
