Thank you to the Summit Crest team for making my moving experience so easy. Francisco is very professional and friendly, he always has a smile when he greets people. I love my new apartment and the excellent service that they provide.

As others tenants have warned you. Please do not trust this place. My experience with parking and the emergency team is a positive one, but beware of the leasing office. I came here and the team was warm, friendly and professional and they left the office. The new staff tries to get on your last nerve because they get more money if new tenants move in. The payment system is garbage. It is never up to date. Very stressful. Run in the opposite direction if you can.

Having lived in the Summit Crest community over five years, it’s the little things that mean so much to me as a resident here at Summit Crest. It is truly the people that make this community special. And it starts at the top with the property manager Norys and her amazing team Kimberly and Nercy! They are responsive, extremely professional, courteous and kind. They also create a pleasant atmosphere of excellence in the office that begins with a smile, warm greeting and ends with a sincere desire to accommodate and provide solutions. The maintenance team is also outstanding. Not a problem I haven’t seen them fix :) I was compelled to share this review because we live in a world where we tend to accentuate the negative and minimize the positives. I really enjoyed my time at Summit Crest . Never had any pest concerns and the grounds were always well kept. Extermination services were provided every couple of months to prevent any sort of pest activity . Parking was never an issue unless your trying to run a sales car lot . Office team was awesome and was always there to help. Thank you Summit Crest .
