Our out-of-state move-in experience at Summit Court was wonderful, thanks to the amazing support from Nicole Demby and her team—they made everything smooth and stress-free. The maintenance team has been incredibly responsive and truly cares about the living space; I was especially impressed that they covered their shoes before entering, leaving no dirty footprints behind. The community itself is super quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciate. There’s also a quiet office room available, perfect for working from home or taking meeting calls. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. When we first arrived at Summit Court 2 years ago, it was incredible. Great staff, amenities were always in top shape. However, since the new management has taken over it's been a complete mess. I'd like to list all of the issues we've had over the last year. - Didn't receive our security deposit for 2 months after our move out. We released for a larger apartment back in June for context. So, we had to constantly email and call the management office in order to get the deposit because they were not at all on top of the work. - You can never get in touch with management. You'll call and email and wait days on end with no response. You're always required to walk over to the leasing office to get into contact with anyone. Absolutely ridiculous to pay this amount of money

Just moved in a week ago and their leasing agents, Yolanda specifically, put very special care into giving us the fairest treatment. Our move in was uncontrollably delayed by a week, however they did everything they could to keep us in the loop as to what was going to happen and to make sure they made it up to us. Their priority is definitely with the residents. The common areas are clean, peaceful, and very relaxing to be in. The area is quiet, with a good youth balance.

I echo some of the reviews that have been left here already. About three years ago, I moved in and it truly was a hidden gem. The first management team was absolutely top tier. Their communication skills were excellent, they cared about their residents and made quick turnarounds on any questions or requests. The community felt safe, everything was spotless, all of the amenities were functional and constantly taken care of. Overall they made the community feel close knit. Once the new management, including Erika and Kayleigh, took over about a year ago everything changed for the worse. Radio silence whenever emailed or called and each time you would visit the leasing office they would reply with a huge attitude. I can understand you have a bad day once or twice, but every time I go in? No,

From Great to Garbage: A Masterclass in Mismanagement I’ve lived here for four years, and it used to be a genuinely great place to call home. The old property management team cared, they organized community events, actually knew residents by name, and even managed to keep something as simple as coffee cups stocked. Those days are long gone. Ever since the new management company took over, this place has been circling the drain. The friendly staff? Vanished. The mailroom? A chaotic mess. Billing? A monthly surprise party of random charges and zero accountability. The “community” vibe has been replaced with radio silence and indifference. It’s honestly impressive how quickly they’ve managed to turn a well-run property into a disorganized, soulless money pit. I’m moving out, and if you’re
