Summit at Sunnybrook Village

Living at The Summit at Sunnybrook has been a fantastic experience! From day one, the front office team has been incredibly friendly and welcoming, Treasure in the front office made it so simple for me when I was applying to move in and the process of adding my puppy. Whenever we've needed maintenance, the response has been super quick and efficient, which has really been a lifesaver. One of our favorite parts about living here is the dog park. Our dog absolutely loves it, and it's been such a great place for her to run around and burn off energy. We've also met some friendly neighbors there, it's been perfect for both puppy playdates and making friends ourselves! The views from our apartment are also such a plus :) super quiet and lovely here. This community really feels like home, and

I’m giving 5 stars because they deserve it! The apartments are very nice with all the amenities. One reason why I love living here is it is so quiet. So quiet it doesn’t even feel like you’re in an apartment someone. Staff is great too! The sunsets from the apartment are amazing too!

We absolutely love living here! We got one of the Sierra Suites and it is so wonderful to walk out onto the balcony in the morning our two cats and drink coffee while reading a book. The closets are so spacious and you have the option when you have two bathrooms to be able to choose betweena bath or a shower because each bathroom has something different! There is so much cupboard space that we still have empty cupboards and thr many windows provides for wonderful natural lighting. My favorite apart, however, is the giant island in the middle of the kitchen. Amazing for doing work/homework at, prep work for cooking, mealtimes, and of course... playing board games. I don't think we've ever been happier at any other apartment complex. This one can't even be compared!

I've been living at the Summit a few months now and am enjoying it very much! The community is safe, clean and management is responsive if you need something looked at or fixed. Its also really nice having a pool and gym on site. The rec room is always immaculate too, with a nice lounge area and community kitchen. Plus the mail room is very secure compared to other apartment buildings, in my opinion!

I lived in the Summit at Sunnybrook apartment complex for three years. The reason I moved out was because I purchased a house. However, I loved everything about it. The layouts of the complex were great, and the staff was super polite. They always planned events for the tenants to get involved and win prizes. The maintenance staff was always on top of getting the maintenance orders done as soon as possible, even during the winter time. Crews were out early in the morning plowing snow for anyone looking for an apartment complex that cares about its tenants and makes them feel right at home. The Summit at Sunnybrook is the place to be!
