AVOID this place at all costs! Terrible management, predatory lease terms & misleading fee structure that increases the advertised rent. Long-winded explanation, but I want whoever might want to live here to know the pitfalls before signing. The most egregious complaint is the predatory withholding of my security deposit. With this place, your lease expiring is not the end of your obligation to them. You owe them a 60-day notice that you plan to vacate. They will give you a notice approximately 4 months before your first lease expires and should you fail to commit to another year-long lease within 24 days of that notice, you will be subject to a rent increase when your original is expired. I’ve really enjoyed living here so far. The building is always clean and well maintained. The common areas are very nice and comfortable, and the gym is a huge plus — it’s well equipped for an apartment complex. The property manager is also great and very responsive whenever something comes up. Overall, it’s been a really positive living experience.

Danielle was super generous by showing me different units on my tour. Once I picked one she made the moving process smooth and was helpful with any questions I had. I love the building and look forward to my time ahead here!
