Glen Oaks by Broadmoor

My wife and I moved to town in August 2025 and had to find a place to live in a rush before she started her new job in town. Luckily we found an apartment for lease at Barrington Park II, which was by far the nicest unit we looked at relative to the cost. Luckily Broadmoor properties are extremely well managed, as well. We had very few issues with our unit, and the few that we had were immediately resolved. Grounds are well maintained during all seasons. Rent was very reasonable. We just moved out recently for our permanent Sioux City home, but we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience leasing here. Highly recommend!

Very nice apartments to live in with a quiet atmosphere. The pool is a nice area to gather and spend you summer with a grill and seating area. The fitness center is clean and enjoyable. The office staff are awesome at answering any questions you may have and working with you to find the right solution you need. Neighbors are also friendly! Apartments have many different closets and areas for storage as well! Wonderful place to live!!

Place is by far one of the best apartments in Sioux City you're going to find. On-site maintenance was fast and reliable. They'd notify you days in advance about any chemical spraying or repairs around the grounds. I absolutely hated to leave because the rooms are sized well and just look so refreshing compared to other apartments. The Glen Oaks team is by far the best team of landlords and maintaince guys and gals you'll find in Sioux City.

I don't know what they cost, my company paid for me to be there, but it was a very nice apartment. The main office and staff were super nice. The maintenance was top notch! I was there for 6 months and I LOVED that apartment. The office staff would rectify any problem that I had and there were only one or two. My main complaint would be that many of the renters had dogs and even though there were receptacles to put the dog mess in, they chose not to and there were big piles of this stuff all over the complex. I complained and the staff was genuinely upset that it was happening, they would have had to catch the offenders red handed. Unfortunately maintenance had to clean it up.
