the lady's in office are sweet. very helpful . the apt are clean and very nice. very spaces. Great to have family in . Great location park beside apt . .laundry mate its great .and cheap living . come talk to Lacie in office she made feel very welcome.

Absolutely love this apartment. By far the best place in stephenville. And the staff is absolutely amazing! Lacie in the office is phenomenal.

Me and my little family lived in the Graham St townhomes for my senior year of college and our whole year there was amazing. The property itself was quiet and had plenty of kiddos for my little boy to play with, maintenance was always tentative and quick and our property managers always went out of their way to help us! We moved out a little early because we are traveling full time with my husband now but we wanted to finish our lease out and with us being states away Becca and Beth really helped me out getting the unit accessible for clean out cleaning and maintenance and getting our last bit of mail for me until I can get back to the state! They truly made this an amazing experience all year long and we are really gonna miss stephenville and the Graham st kiddos!
