Summerwind Apartments

I’ve been living at Summerwind Apartments in Greenville since August, and I’ve honestly been loving it. Everything has been super smooth since moving in. My first water bill was only about $40, and the fact that Wi-Fi is already included with rent is such a huge bonus. The staff is great too, especially the lady downstairs. She’s always very understanding and compliant when it comes to late payments, as long as you communicate and pay what you promise. It really takes away so much stress. Maintenance has also been amazing. Any time there’s a problem, all I have to do is shoot a quick message to the office, and the maintenance guys are on it fast. They get things fixed without any hassle. The amenities are another huge plus. The pool is super relaxing, and the 24-hour gym is full of mirr

Do not move to Summerwind Apartments. There are frequent plumbing issues throughout the property, and the costs appear to be passed down to residents through extremely high, allocated water bills. My water and sewer charges have been unreasonably expensive, and this seems to be an ongoing issue rather than a one-time occurrence. The location is also not very walkable. There are limited points of interest within walking distance, which can be frustrating if you rely on proximity and convenience. Mandatory cable and internet are included, but in my experience, the service (Spectrum) has been lackluster. I’ve experienced noticeable lag, and being required to pay for it doesn’t feel like a benefit. Also, the $16 monthly “risk fee” only covers the building structure — not your personal belo

I want to give a shout to the maintence crew specifically Marco for fixing my thermastat unit that has been an issue for quite awhile now. It was unfortunate that it went out during the recent winter storm but the leasing office and Marco were able to provide me two space heaters in the time being and quickly fixed the issue after it was safe for them to come back to the office. Usually if I had any issues in my apartment Marco was quick to identify the problem and solve it within the same day (He is also a very nice guy). Thanks again Marco for all that you do! I have lived at Summerwind Apartments for 2 years When I moved here I didn’t really want to live in apartments but due to life circumstances it was necessary. I have been pleased with my move. I’ve always had my maintenance requests completed in a very timely manner. The manager Jasmine has always been very helpful and makes sure any problems are addressed. If you need a home I recommend you give Summerwind a call.

Do yourself a favor and don't rent here or anywhere else owned by valiant. Lived here for two years and it is the worst apartment complex I have ever delt with. Terrible complex and terrible management. When we went to move in the kitchen, bathroom, and most of the interior was in the middle of renovation, so were stuck with no where to stay and no where to put our things for over a week. We had to go stay in a hotel. Front door was kicked in and repaired with caulk. Facilities are worn down, the stairs are crumbling, the courtyard floods for days after it rains, and the management is condescending, vindictive, and will lie to you constantly. It is not uncommon for the water to be shut off daily to the entire complex for hours for repairs. The pool has been usable for maybe 3 months in
