I was looking for cash buyers to buy my home, made a list of 7 companies after doing much research. House needed quite a bit of work. I wanted all of them to come make offers over a 3 day period and I would decide within 2 days which contract to accept. 6 companies came out and 5 made contract offers. I was very clear getting to closing was critical in there offer. No assignments are going to be acceptable in the contract. Option period is not desire able. Large escrow amount speaks volumes about getting to closing. Justin Walker listened to me and built a contract to get to closing.
