They have no gated community, and 24 hr mntce shows up three hours after water is already in four apts, two flooded,&2 partialy, and they have no professional damage control to check property. Should you make the mistake of moving here, don't voice any issue put it in the portal, if it will accept your concern or complaint, a voice or written signed complaint confirmed by management is not accepted,they will take it from your hand, but that is not legal, when the issue is not resolved.They have recently refused my certified letter , and claimed to the state that a tech, unknown by me, I never met them, checked and saw no mold , well it's in my belongings, and they can certainly observe that, obviously my property is and has absorbed the air that is contaminated, you would think they would

We love living here we have great neighbors who look after one another. I love our manager Felicia she is very kind and always listens to what you have to say The maintenance man Jose is very kind and helpful if you have a problem he is quick to fix it. This is a safe place to live. This is the first place I've lived where no theft. Packages are left in front of your door, and no one steals them. I have lived in other apartments in Greenville. Villas of Greenville is the best place to live.

I love living here! It's safe and quiet, and the grounds are well kept. Felicia (manager) is fantastic! She's very responsive, helpful, personable, and caring. Our maintenance guys (Jose & David) are the best; friendly and hard working; always willing to meet the needs in a timely manner. Villas of Greenville is HOME!

Love the place only downfall you can’t have anything nice sat on your porch to make it homie and pretty, looks like a big motel with nothing pretty sitting out 😢 that’s the only downfall everything else is great!

The apartments have rotted wood on the exterior, termites, uneven sidewalks, mold inside them, and broken gates- the website specifically states it’s a “gated community”. When brought up to Felicia the response is corporate “has no intention on fixing the gates and there’s no money to fix rotted wood on the exterior”. The gates have been broken for at least 2 years, false advertisement. I’ve requested the City of Greenville Planning and Zoning to do an inspection. Maybe that will get corporate and Felicia’s attention. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY
