Greenville Terrace Apartments

Me and my sister recently moved in and we love it so far! The community is nice and quiet. The environment is very cozy and welcoming. We have definitely loved our stay here. James is also amazing with being engaged in with his community. I find he truly goes out of his way to make his community feel welcomed!

Greenville Terrace has been a great place to live, it is quiet, clean, cozy and very well maintained! Management and maintenance are both great, super responsive, friendly, kind and giving back to the community. I can see why this complex has the highest rating in Greenville, because of the exceptional care the management team takes of the property and its tenants. I highly recommend this property!

This is a beautiful and reasonably quiet neighborhood. Management is quick at responding to maintenance requests and is very friendly. Apartments are within walking distance to several stores for convenient shopping. We've lived here for right at 4 months and it has been an amazing experience so far.

I had a very good experience at Greenville Terrace Apartments. The office staff is amazing, especially Mr. James, who did an outstanding job helping me with everything I needed. The prices are reasonable, and I’m very happy to be here and to have met such wonderful people.

All in all it is a very solid place. Not noisy from the neighbors, its in town so its close to alot of stores and stuff, the property is kept up, maintenance is very good about coming out ASAP (almost always same day) , no creepy people lurking around, its clean and affordable and last but definitely not least James from the office is always calling to double check some stuff always asking if something is needed or if everyone's doing good hes a great property manager
