The best experience I've had with a real estate company. I was looking for a small commercial space gave Steve a call for one I was interested in he explained the details but also offered options. Within three days I met with Vincent to view properties, found one that would work and within the same week signed the lease. These guys were great exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended. Will collect your application fees quickly but give you the runaround about a rental. Hard to get a hold of anyone. Bad business practices. From what I can see this isn’t the first time they wasted potential renters time and money. They should be investigated for false advertising. Update: have not been on my google reviews in years. Let’s talk about the timeline from application to the 2A construction. For one you guys had knowledge of the construction and still collected application fees. Construction of the Exit 4A interchange and Old Rum Trail began in March 2022 and was completed in July 2025. Our application was in late 2023. Nice try. If you put in an application here pay it by money order so you can cancel payment if they come up with an excuse like this to jump out of responsibil

Working with Summerview Real Estate has been a seamless process! Excellent communication and willing to show apartments in a very timely manner! The apartments are in excellent condition and are completely renovated after the previous tenant which is very impressive! I completely recommend!

I saw a listing (very few pictures or information) on realtor.com and requested information through there with a few questions. I received an email response answering none of my questions and just asking what my credit score was and what my income was. I replied that I had questions before I released any personal information, to which I got an automated response back that the agent was out of the office. I called the realty office and I said I wanted information about the listing and the guy laughed and said it was already gone. Instead of asking if he could help me look for something else like I expected he just hung up. Definitely will not be working with them.
