Derry Country Club Estates

My son lives here. It's small, but it's nice, they're pretty good. The management they're good with their snow. Removal much better than the fairways, but it still is like half the size of the fairways, but the people make all the difference. And we like Country Club Estates. So far, and they 're 7 or 8 months. Now

I had a very concerning experience with the application process at Derry C.C. Estates. After applying for a 2-bedroom unit, my application passed screening and I was sent a welcome letter and lease to sign. I relied on this approval in good faith, including making employment relocation arrangements. After approval was communicated, the decision was reversed and I received inconsistent explanations for the denial. First, I was told that because my parents had previously applied and been denied due to income, my household was subject to a six-month reapplication rule and that denied applicants could not reside with an approved tenant. This was described as a corporate policy by Emily, the Assistant Portfolio Manager, yet no written policy document was ever provided despite my multiple req

Overall great experience! The pros definitely make up for the few cons. Office staff are very friendly and easy to contact. Plenty of parking and great communication with office staff. Amenities are basic, but great for the price. The property is clean and quiet. The location is fantastic as it’s not too busy but surrounded by everything you could need for every day needs or restaurants. Not really much to complain about other than shortcomings of maintenance and things missed upon move in such as things broken, missing, or not cleaned well. Very easy to create maintenance requests but much harder to have them fulfilled due to shortage of maintenance workers. Pros outweigh the cons though and this apartment is worth the value!

I really like this place! I just moved in and I'm positively impressed with the quality of the staff and the apartment itself! Clean, functional and pleasant. Matthew, Emily, and everyone else is such a breath of fresh air in this age. The newsletters are beautiful and they've got resident-staff events. That's awesome! I love the dishwashing machine. It's super quiet! I love the welcome gift. The sponge makes me so happy! I like the buildings very much, too. Some may think it's dated, but i like it so much. The decor details in the halls & on the ceiling bring this place to life with texture. Ahh, I love it! I'll update this review if I find something that is more of a turn-off, aside from the road being surprisingly busy.

I lived here for 10 long years, it was ok for the first half just had to deal with cigarette smoke coming through every single opening in the wall. Then it changed hands and the last half was a crime ridden, drug infessed nut house. Im talking like we were affraid of getting shot through the wall. We heard constant fighting and domestic violence through the wall a lot more than ever should. The cops were at our building for every other day and late night for disturbances, the parking policy is a joke with them threating to tow cars at any chance they could get, including if it had any sort of issue. People come in off the street ( example: A DRUNK DUDE with his pants around his knees) and walk around the grounds and dump stuff in the dumpsters, which also have repeat creeps that come in an
