Craig builds big house for big Republicans. He's very old school, using a flip phone. I rented offices from him for 17 years and he never fixed anything. He never improved the way things looked. He even put a lock box on the heater and AC box. I didn't mind these things except when it reached over 100 degrees upstairs and we had to squeeze a coat hanger between the lock box to turn on the AC. At some point another tenant broke the box, Craig fixed that immediately as soon as he saw it. Craig is very condescending and pessimistic. I never heard anything positive from him except sarcastic remarks. He likes to hold people over barrels to get what he wants and will beat around the bush so you never know what he's trying to do.
