Franklin Village

First off, not a good place to rent from. The Lease Manager is very nice,a ND respectful however, she tried her best. It is the environment, and good tenants get crap on with lots of cops here. car windows get broken into, and bullies live here a long with 2 faced people, and if you rent, get pushed out f your apartment to move when your year lease is up due to other tenants. I thought living in Nashua was bad this just takes the cake at times. Take it from me who pays rent on time,and who is a very good, and respectful tenant. Thank you.

In my opinion, this is a great place to live. The office staff and maintenance guys are great. They are quickly weeding out the lowlifes who have too much time on their hands. A few years ago this place was awful to live at. It was flooded with tenants who didn't keep up with their units, cigarette buts were all over the ground, the grounds-keeping was horrible, and parking was a free-for-all. Since they brought in some new staff members things have been great. People complain about their car getting towed - the only way your car is getting towed is if it isn't marked property. An easy solution to this is to follow the rules and everyone will leave you alone. The complainers around here are the section 8 individuals who do not have jobs, but are entirely capable of working. My wife and I really liked it! We were in our unit for 2 years. Everyone in the office is awesome! They are very understanding and friendly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that we had some issues with our neighbors across the hall. Overall a good experience and I would definitely recommend it to a friend or family member. You can't beat the monthly rent price and the size of the apartment was very good for us. We also loved the big walk in closet in our bedroom! Plenty of storage.

I lived here for a year, and withing this year I developed horrible health issues due to mold in my apartment. They kept telling me it wasn't mold when infact it was and I had it tested. Not only are the living conditions hazardous but Robin is a horrible person. She enters apartments without permission and then makes false work orders, caught her on my cameras. Worst apartment I've ever had.

They don’t even deserve one star. We decided at last minute we could not move here, we even threw away a deposit over it. The women in the office are soooo unprofessional and rude! They are clearly power hungry and think they can speak to people however they want and everyone is expected to take it? Yeah no thank you. I could not imagine having to deal with people like that and ever feel welcome or at home. It’s not worth the rent at alll. The majority of the tenants there are unemployed and there’s constant police presence. Not a good choice unless you can handle the stress and drama for a tiny apartment!
