Summerview Beach Resort Luxury Apartments

The Management is Awesome here. Jeff is super nice and let's you know everything as far as intake or maintenance goes.Trina is very kind and understanding too. This Place has a ton of resources for working out with a pool and a Jacuzzi as well as a workout room. Im pretty sure the low reviews were from a previous management. I'll def be staying here for a good few years, let's see.

I would recommend Summerview Beach Resort to everyone looking for an Apartment. This Apartment has everything to make the residents very comfortable. I am very happy and proud to be a resident of Summerview Beach Resort. The staffs are very friendly and very helpful. Trina the manager and Jeff are awesome.

THEY DESTROYED MY CREDIT SCORE I moved out of this apartment and was told that all outstanding balances would be deducted from my initial security deposit (which is exactly what the deposit is for). Five months later, I noticed my credit score had dropped significantly and couldn’t understand why. After paying for a credit report service, I discovered a $90 unpaid balance related to my former apartment. I have email and chat records with Conan confirming that my bills would be covered by my deposit. However, neither Conan nor the apartment management ever replied to my follow-up emails. Since I was out of the country, I couldn’t resolve it in person. In the end, I had to contact the credit agency myself to pay a debt that should never have existed—just to prevent further damage to my cr

I’ve lived here for a year now and I love the place. José is our maintenance man and he’s so kind and efficient! Every employee here is so nice and the facilities/property regularly gets cleaned/maintenanced weekly. The apartments are super dog friendly and it’s all too easy to build a community out here. Highly recommend. If only I could transplant a few more convenient stores closer by, I would! Not the most walkable part of town but safe nonetheless.

Would not recommend moving into this building, very dirty , dog poop everywhere, building is literally deteriorating, broke lease to leave , not worth living there anymore. Unit had weird smell even after multiple cleans, the complex basically feels like a Hotel/Motel.
