I have lived at Summerfield for over a year now and have really enjoyed my time here. From maintenance resolving issues, even after hours in some instances. To Management being very nice, helpful and responsive. I really recommend staying here.

This was by far the worst apartment community I’ve ever lived in. Maintenance was unreliable—they would promise to come check on issues but often never showed up, or would arrive days or even a week later. The staff was equally unresponsive, rarely answering phone calls or emails. On top of that, the property had a persistent roach infestation that was never properly resolved. The biggest problem was the dysfunctional sewer line affecting the apartments in the back. My unit regularly reeked of manure for weeks at a time. It wasn’t until I threatened to involve the Department of Health that management finally allowed me to break my lease. Overall, I would strongly advise against renting here.

The biggest issue was the apartments in the back had a disfunctional sewer line, so my apartment would smell like maneur for weeks and months, and it took me threatening to get the department of health to check out the community for me to break my lease. I would not recommend this apartment community to anyone.
