Staff and management are very nice, approachable and very helpful. Communication 10/10! The property is always clean and quiet. There is a very heavy JP presence throughout the day and at night, the property is well lit throughout so it’s safe which is a peace of mind! Any issues I have is always handled by the office staff, they are very involved & efficient and I appreciate that. Aside from my noisy neighbors upstairs, I’m very comfortable and pleased with St Germaine Apartments and our office staff. Very reasonable rent in today’s rental pricing. You should come check out the property for yourself!

This place is a scam. I submitted my application online for an apartment and was quoted $981.00 for a two-bedroom, two-bath unit. At first, I was told that the unit wouldn't be available at all, then they tried to persuade me to take a higher rent for fewer bathrooms and less room. After talking to a manager, we agreed on a move-in date; however, personal issues arose, and I could not move in on that date. I chose a later move-in date, one week later. The lead agent called to tell me that they couldn't honor the $918.00 rent and would have to requote from $1100 to $1500 for a two-bedroom, two-bath, or they could cancel the entire application despite me paying all the money I paid to Energy ,Cox Cable, the insurance for the apartment, their application fee. I was warned about this apartme

they need assign parking or better parking spaces . ain’t no way if i stay in Q i should have to park all the way by V. The broke down cars need to move so we could have more parking space. We pay rent we shouldn’t have to walk from another apartment complex to mine just to have space . The dog poop need in the field is nasty they don’t clean up behind they pets .

I’m not ever one to leave reviews unless I have good service and even though they haven’t provided any from me, because I’m not a resident and especially since I don’t live there. I was thinking of moving here because it seems cheaper than anywhere else, but looking at the reviews more negative than good and they all say the same thing isn’t good at all. It doesn’t seem like the staff takes accountability for the obvious pictures and comments that the residents are leaving and they’d rather reflect it back to the residents, which is wild to me. I thought it to be weird and uncommon that they would not only have my daughter pay an application fee but also put down a deposit before even viewing the apartment. St Germaine is a great place to stay. Whenever there is an issue with my appt , the communication is great. The staff is very helpful. For Halloween they prepared a tick or treat event that my daughter loved. Glad we made this choice the past couple years.
