1 star is too high of a rating! Do NOT recommend living here. Apartments are inhabitable and they move on their own time to fix the issue. I can go back to 2022 memorial day weekend when i called for emergency maint. Due to the ac being out and was told i would have to wait until they get in office to send someone out. Me and my baby waited days in a hot apartment until they “found” a worker to take a look and bring a window unit that couldnt fit any of my windows. Apartments are infested with bugs and have reoccuring mold. I was told more than once by the office that I will have to keep spraying my apartment and wiping down my front door to reduce bugs (WHAT) i even have a letter that was sent out by the office telling the residents its up to us to keep up the outside of our apartments an

Rent is steadily increasing meanwhile nothing gets fixed the parking is terrible and for 1100 just a 2br 1b is not worth the trouble I deal with not to mention the bugs on the stairwells and the narrow path of the stairwell makes it impossible to have most furniture and the only suggestion is to open up the neighbors door to move your things into your place that’s outrageous! Don’t move here 1100 can go to a lot better places they charge you for everything to fix as well (blinds, sewage, appliances and damages from the stairs even if you didn’t do it)

Been living here for almost a year, no complaints. Nice apartments inside. The new manager Danielle, has been making it her personal agenda to make sure that apartments are nice inside and out. I see fresh paint, and grass is kept up and there's always someone early morning walking around picking up trash. Maintenance comes in a timely fashion, and they make sure that safety comes first before coming in. As well, as making sure the tenants are using safety precautions and masked, when entering the office.

I wish I can rate zero. The worst apartments ever. They don't fix nothing. Bathroom floor was sinking and had mold in my kids window, it took 3 years to fix it. Seem like you share hot water with the whole apartment complex how fast the hot water goes out. The water pressure even is low. ALOT OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. The staff is rude as can be. I told them another tenant slashed my tire,asked them to run their camera back,they said they would get back with me 3months later and still never heard anything. Also the staff told me to slash their tire back. Very unprofessional. They never answer the phone not even the emergency hotline. You can't even walk inside the office because it's always locked. This used to be a nice complex from Nov 2005 until 2013. I never had to complain about anything until these past 3 + years. The apartments have become a disgrace and deplorable! I have been trying to get repairs consistently. Management over the past 3 years is horrible. My apt have mold, holes from previous unfinished repairs, gnats from water that's backing up in the tub and facets, a dishwasher that's been waiting on parts (from previous over a year), and currently a saturated living room and hallway due to an air conditioner leakage in the apt... and it stinks! Not to mention, my bedroom wall is routinely busted through to repair a leaking tub facet.
