By far the worst closing I have had. I can only imagine how a 1st time homeowner would feel if their closing was anything like mine. I don't recommend them to anyone until they make some improvements to their follow through, understanding of closing requirements, professionalism. Examples: needing buyer/seller to come back more than once because signatures in wrong place or not accurate, closing attorney didn't even sit down during my closing literally stood over me and handed me docs to sign, seller came on another day to sign, never received keys had to get them from seller realtor along with a deposit check, staff wearing jeans in office (to me its unprofessional for such a serious life event for many), haven't received copies of everything signed during closing still waiting on emai
