Summercrest Burleson Apartments

I have lived at Summercrest apartments for about 13 years. The staff has always been pleasant, they are quick to respond to my maintenance request (which are few), and they keep the property well manicured, almost like new.

With all due respect, I have been living in the property for almost 4 years and I have never, ever been late on the rent, never, ever stopped paying it, I have always paid it, but I am not a technological person and I do not like the new property payment company. If anyone sees this and can help me, I would be grateful. Jeffrey vargas

I love my apartment even though I moved in with little funds the workers like Nikki was so understanding and great listeners, yes I had a ANT problem after a few days of living here, but they fixed my problem right away! I love it here, it’s so cozy and I’m glad I chose this place.

Victoria was very nice. I had another appointment she made sure I was not going to be late. She was very professional

I travel for work so I was bugging them constantly. They were straightforward about everything and so far they have fixed anything I've noticed or wanted changed. They even helped me move payments around to make it more affordable when I needed it.
