DC Home Inspections

Daniel, came out to complete a 11 month warranty inspection. He pointed out things we did not see. He was professional and on time. Took his time to really go through it all and never once rushed the process. If you are in need of a home inspection look no further. DC home inspection is my go to from now on. Mr. Daniel arrived on time and was professional. Something can be said for that alone. Daniel went through the inside and then the outside of my home with me. He brought things to my attention that he felt were issues or concerns. He gave me his professional opinion and took his time. From a customer service point of view I feel that he did a great job. I do not usually leave things like this but in this case I did feel the experience and job with DC Home inspections deserved it. I got a email with detailed explanations in it as well as pictures. Daniel is great! He was punctual, friendly, professional and most importantly very thorough with our inspection. He inspected an 8 month old home for us and found some crucial deficiencies needing repair. 10/10 would hire him again for our inspection needs.
