Come live in "Luxury" apartments in Burleson. Where its ok to have a open flame propane grill on your 2nd floor patio. Elevators hasn't work since the grand opening, dont worry grab your clown mask and take a hit out of your bong with the 1st floor units. Right off the street in broad day light while in your PJ'S. Nothing say luxury like a 1.14 rating with the Better Business Bureau. So come on in to Vercanta!

Charged me nearly $500 in an effort to keep my deposit for carpet replacement with note "carpet heavily stained replacement needed". Does this look stained to you? I was only there for 5 months as well and never had a pet incident, so this is fraud. Terrible dog owners also let their dogs piss in the hallway and don't clean it up, nor does the complex, letting it block the walkways.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I've lived here for 3 years. The newest management team is awful. Chuck in the office is the rudest most useless person I have ever dealt with, the office manager is never there and she does not return calls or emails. They are constantly tacking on fees. My rent fluctuates $100 every month and they can never give me any answers. I used to love living here and now its terrible. All the 5 star reviews are fake. There is absolutely nowhere to park ever. All of the Amenities are broken or are closed down for unknown amounts of time. Save yourself the stress and live somewhere else.

When I first moved here in 2022, the team was wonderful. Unfortunately, things declined significantly over time. Management changed multiple times without clear communication, and even the community name changed from Atlantica to Vercanta without notice to residents. Toward the end of my lease, the management company changed again. Communication became extremely difficult. Phones were rarely answered, and emails often went unanswered or delayed. Maintenance and cleanliness also declined. Elevators were non-functional for extended periods, grills remained broken, and the pool was frequently closed for cleaning yet often appeared green. There were ongoing issues with strong pet odors in Building 4, and community rules (such as patio grilling) were not consistently enforced. After move-out,
