Not only did I have an amazing time touring this property, but the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. From the moment I called to book a tour online for my client to arriving a week later, everything was handled with care and professionalism. Jordan followed up promptly, explained the property in detail, and made sure I understood the full value of what they offer. She knew every detail about the units and made the whole process seamless. I’ve been in apartment locating for over four and a half years, and I can confidently say this was one of the best leasing experiences I’ve had. I don’t even know how to put our experience into words that won’t come out in a full blown essay (in a good way!). This is our very first apartment and we fear that “The Riley” has spoiled us beyond repair. The complex staff and their hospitality is truly amazing at making us feel like we are a big family. Maintenance is always reliable and inviting without the feeling like you are an “inconvenience.” Apartment complex exterior is well maintained by any contractors that The Riley works with. Residents personal property is respected regarding packages that are dropped in the mailroom. They are very much pet friendly with a gorgeous little dog park that’s well lit at night and a doggy bath area (if we had a dog we would use it all the time). I went to tour and loved these apartments everything was new the leasing office staff were very nice and informative. The apartments themselves are very well kept and clean. Area was very quiet I would def live here hopefully I can move here once my lease is up.

The Riley checks all the boxes when it comes to finding a place you can call home. I've lived here for 5 months and honestly could not picture myself living anywhere else. The units are gorgeous and spacious. The complex itself is clean, quiet and exceptionally well managed. The cherry on top is the staff. Kristin and Jordan in management are so kind and easy to get a hold of and talk to, the process if applying and moving in was painless and simple. If you've got a question, they'll answer. If you've got a problem, they will do their best to fix it. And David and Guermo in maintenance, you will never find a more dedicated and kind crew to be there whenever and for whatever you need. They are always so kind and greet me whenever they see me around and check in to see how things are going.
