Alana will tell you one thing while talking to her then when you call her out on it with the manager there, she will deny everything you say. The manager and her seem like friends and are covering for each other knowing full well what they are doing. They will cheat you out of the application fee then tell you that you cannot apply for another 12 months. Or if you really want to have an apartment there, they will say to pay a full 12 months' rent at once to have the apartment. It is completely insane that this establishment comes recommended but after talking to the office staff I will warn people about the experiences I went through.

If you care about your personal property, don't move here. I've lived here for 4 years and just in the last year, theft, property damage, and vehicle break ins have become a common occurrence. 6 separate incidents as of today. I've had a small camper stolen and my vehicle window busted out and broken into. Other tenants have also had vehicles broken into. This time last year and man came out to go to work one morning and his work truck was sitting on blocks. His tires and wheels had been stolen. I caught 3 juveniles breaking into a man's vehicle last year as well. Crime here has gotten bad due to low income housing nearby and the rising population in Statesville. The property owners here don't seem to really care. They haven't done anything to mitigate the theft and victimization plaguing

We enjoyed our stay here for a little over four years. Clean and bug free apartment with quiet neighbors all around. Some good restaurants nearby too (Katana Kitchen, Mi Amiche and Mr Tokyo) will stay on our list when passing through the area again.

Mold and mildew filled apartment. They finally provided me with dehumidifiers then took one back, wouldn’t fix the root of the problem. Horrible upstairs neighbors, dumping food onto their balcony that fell onto my balcony. Nothing was ever done about it.

My fiance and I have moved out 3 months ago. We received an email from the front staff saying that they are going to send us to collections the next day if we are unable to pay a move out fee. Within the last 3 months we NEVER received any contact regarding this fee. This is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. We just purchased a home and this would have been devastating if they did such a thing without having the decency to let us know the day this fee was supposedly issued and lost the home due to there negligence. Do better Summer Pointe this is a disgusting approach of business.
