We dont even know who our property manager is currently. Also we arent the type of tenants to call for every little thing, so we dont complain much. But when problems happen, I mean a major foundation leak to be more descriptive, they need to be fixed in a timely manner and shouldn't be like pulling teeth. We've had two major problems. All dealing with water. First when we first moved in the water was coming up and bubbling in the yard bc of a water line leak. Like pulling teeth to get someone out here! On top of that the washer wouldn't drain. Pulling teeth! Now the foundation is causing at least 2 to 3 inches of water covering the whole basement and because it's considered flooding, renters insurance doesnt cover ANY item.
