Cheapest place in town but also the worst in town. Jaydin the property manager did a good job to maintain everything but the buildings are too old and cheap. You can hear and smell everything from your neighbor is the main problem also my unit is very outdated and dirty. Also they have some dirty tenants that throw trash everywhere. 1Br/1Ba is about $999 and the biggest 3Br/3ba can be up to $1350 a month. you get what you pay for I guess and it is convenient. you can walk to Walgreens Food lion or McDonalds if you want.

The new management team is fantastic, But the maintenance team could still use improvement. Katherine is very nice and has great customer service skills! I give a 4 out of 5 stars just because I have had to repetitivly put in maintenance requests with no resolution. And the maintenance man does not communicate well about what he did or didn't do. He has walked out of my apartment twice now with no communication to what has been done or if he was coming back or not. Overall I love the community and how things are within walking distance! A big plus is that Dunkin Donuts is right in front of us!!!

I’ve been incredibly impressed with our new property manager. Since taking over, Katherine has made a noticeable difference in how things are run. Communication is clear and timely, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and she genuinely seems to care about the residents and the property. It’s refreshing to have someone so professional, approachable, and proactive. The common areas are cleaner, issues are resolved faster, and the overall atmosphere has improved. You can tell she’s dedicated to making this a great place to live and I truly appreciate the positive changes!
