Holloway Family Homes

Off to an amazing start! It's been a few months (mid-March) since we started this process, but now we're off and running! Both Mark Mull and Doug Folding assured me that once the permits were approved, things would move quickly - and they have! The foundation is very well laid, and the grading is almost perfect. So far, I am beyond THRILLED with the work Holloway Family Homes has done. Doug has been exceptional with scheduling, communication, and constant updates. I look forward to the next steps. Cheers!

We are so happy that we closed on our new home thanks to the team at Holloway. Jennifer was such a pleasure to work with. She is very attentive to detail, personable and answered all of our questions and concerns. The process can seem like a lot but Jennifer's guidance was very assuring. Doug was great with communication and updates as well as quickly addressing any issues that popped up. They completed our custom home in about 7 months. The options that Holloway Family Homes offers is well above average and the price point is hard to compete with as we shopped the market for a few months before deciding. We are super happy with the price, process and progress that Holloway Family Homes has provided. During the selection process we were fortunate enough to meet the actual Holloway Family. Very nice people…we even joked that meeting the family was a bit early when a starting relationship 🙂… We’ve gotten excellent communication with pictures sent by our Project Manager Doug, showing everything from the foundation footers to framing. Doug gives us weekly updates and has addressed all questions/concerns via text messages or phone calls. The area has been getting quite a bit of rain, and in one of the pictures that Doug sent it showed the framing materials and trusses covered with tarps. Again we couldn’t be happier with Doug and the Holloway Family of Homes team.

My journey with Holloway Homes so far. Constant drinking on job. Complete disregard of instructions, driving through the lawn and spinning it up out of spite. When discussed with HFH, oh we'll take care of it and inform subcontractors. But problems continue. Subcontractors don't even listen to HFH. Which leads me to believe that their integrity is not trustworthy. 5 months in Now. I have water issues from the foundation that was constructed under the influence of alcohol. I requested proof of insurance and names of the companies they were using for contractors and they refused to provide documentation. I was told by Doug that, that was a part of construction. (The Drinking) So by that response it is acceptable practice with Holloway Homes. And by that statement, it sounds

Holloway Family Homes has stood by their word. When we had some issues with the home they fixed it, when we said we couldn’t fix the squeaking in the floors, they gave us the money to fix the squeaks. Bottom line is ownership at Holloway Family Homes cares about their customers. While building isn't perfect and there are always small little nicks and knacks to finish, Holloway Family Homes is one of those builders who won't leave you hanging.
