Summer Lake Villas

Lisa Petri has been a wonderful addition as the new manager at Summer Lake Villas. She’s approachable, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents and the community. Lisa communicates clearly, follows through on what she says, and brings a calm, professional presence that makes a big difference. It’s great to see management that is attentive and proactive. Thank you, Lisa, for all the hard work you do!

We need more than five stars for this review! Edgla Camacho, the leasing agent, gave me a tour that was out of this world. Her friendliness and clear explanations made it obvious—they have the best maintenance team in the area. I got all the info I needed, and honestly, she completely convinced me. I recommend this property to Latinos, Americans—everyone! I’ve never had a better experience. I’m super excited to move in—this is THE place to be!

Ok this apartment never fixes the elevator issues in any building for years. The number of nasty people living here is horrible, the building I stayed at why visiting was a weed factory, you can smell smoke coming through walls, you go outside you get a contact high. There is absolutely never any parking. The grounds around complex. Is dirty, no pressure washing, trash around dumpsters. Gates don’t work half the time.

Good complex! The apartments are clean, spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere is quite nice, it has a natural lake in the back that gives you very nice view. Good gym. Clean common areas and all this for a very reasonable price. Plus to all this is the attention of Mrs Egla and the manager Lisa, very nice and attentive people.

Steven and Austin are amazing wish they could be put in permanently. They work above and beyond what is required, just amazing. Summer Lake Villas have been our home now over 3 years and we love living here. The office employees are super nice and always helpful. The temp manager should be put on permanently if she wishes. She is making positive changes that shows how much she cares about her tenenants by fixing the important and necessary things first.
