Albert did a good job of helping us tour the place, composing a list of things that the landlord would have to fix prior to us moving in, and was flexible and communicative up UNTIL we moved in. Once we moved in, and Albert received his brokers fee, we discovered our landlord did not meet the expectations of the lease. When we reached out to our broker several times, he ignored our calls, emails, and texts. Our landlord had even tried getting in touch with him and failed. Very unprofessional establishment that still is yet to respond to our innumerable attempts to communicate.

On April 7, 2024 Luis Nunez with a female sprayed a corrosive substance on a (4 foot in length) chrome shower bar inside my bathroom deteriorating it. Filth is all over. Strictly Realty stay out of Long Island. Homeowners be home when your property is being shown. She wasn't a buyer. They were in my Coop strictly for the wrong reasons.
