I would not recommend working with Miriam Ruiz. Not only did she waste my time on several occasions, she was deceitful and unprofessional. Her and the other staff seem to all be on completely different pages giving different information. She led me to believe I was going to get an apartment that I really wanted. Yet the day before the interview, she cancelled and said she would get back to me with a reschedule date. About five days has passed until I heard from her only to find out that the owner selected someone “they knew”. So why was the apt listed, why did I go view it serval times out of my way, why did I read and complete a lengthy application?, etc. Upon reading the reviews for this coop in Rego park, I came to realize that this might have all worked out in my best interest. I would highly recommend Miriam at MJR Real Estate. I purchased my Co-Op through her, and must stay that she made what could have been an otherwise overwhelming experience a breeze. She walked me through the entire process and was always available to answer any questions or concerns.

Worked on my co-op sale which encountered some difficulties, but got the job done. A true professional!
