CORE REGO

I spent over three months searching for a new place to live after noisy neighbors moved in next door to my previous apartment. I looked everywhere, from Greenpoint and Long Island City to Forest Hills before coming across an ad for CORE REGO in Rego Park. I’m so glad I did. From my very first tour with the leasing agent, I knew I had finally found the perfect building, location, and apartment. CORE REGO truly has it all, parking, a full gym, yoga room, bike storage, and a doorman who ensures my packages are safe. My two-bedroom apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, a washer/dryer, central air, and stunning views of both Queens and Manhattan. For the price, I couldn’t find better value anywhere. I’ve been checking out some nearby buildings as I consider moving. This is brand new building and It’s got a gym, yoga room, bike storage, indoor playground for kids, a library, and a big outdoor space with awesome city views. One thing I really like is that the bike room’s right by the street, so it’s super easy to park and go. $15 for the bike room. The amenity fee is $70 a month, but you only pay for the months you actually use it, which is nice. Utilities are a flat $200–$270 depending on the apartment—not bad if you run the AC a lot like I do! Rent is a little higher than other places nearby (about $50–$100 more), but they’re offering 15 months for the price of 12, so it ends up being a good deal. Thank you to Helen, for helping us through the whole process! This building is new with lots of great amenities and great views and very friendly staff! The neighborhood is great, everything is within walking distance. Costco, Macy’s, restaurants, and more!

Have been looking for an apartment for a couple of months trying to figure out what is out there and CORE stood out to me. First off Helen was super helpful in answering a laundry list of questions I had which I appreciated. I was shown around all the options for apartments and even helped me visualize how it could be set up. Second, the location was in my opinion great, nested in a quiet area but still close to major streets and highways. Third, the apartments themselves were the perfect size for me. The rooftop has great views and look forward spending time up there. 10/10 would recomend

Moved in on October 1st. This is a great building with excellent amenities. Takeera Roberts was our Broker and took excellent care of us showing us many many units until we found the one that was right for us. The location has been great. Very close to everything on Queens Blvd - but far enough off to feel suburban in the area immediately surrounding the building.
