So attentive, caring and make sure you and your family is taken care of .Everything is so clean and organized! Beautiful designs and amenities to accommodate all ages. I lived in the Alexander for 9 months. I unfortunately had to end my lease early due to a job change. However, my time at the Alexander was great. From the front desk staff, the maintenance team, and the leasing team. They were quick to answer my inquiries, quickly action my service requests, and always took care of my packages. The unit itself was spacious and had a lot of modern finishes. The grounds were well kept and information flow about any arising issues were informed in a timely manner. If I didn't have to move cross country I easily would've renewed the lease as long as I needed to.

I did not get any chance to move in here, Not yet, but, the fact that "I thankfully love it, the whole entire place, especially the apartments that whichever ones have laundry washers and dryers.", whenever my future time comes, anytime in the future, I will let you know, as well as what questions and comments I will have, including about the monthly payment rent bill, for the entire staff workers.

One of the best luxury buildings in Queens! The apartments are incredibly spacious, the amenities are top-notch, and the building management goes above and beyond to ensure a convenient and comfortable living experience. They are supportive, understanding, and always willing to accommodate tenant requests — which truly sets them apart. I had a wonderful experience during my time here and highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a high-quality place to live. A big shoutout to Olivia, Nadia, and Danny from the management team for making the application, move-in, and move-out process seamless and stress-free. Also, a special thanks to the amazing front desk staff — Ming, Sonia, Seth, and Andres — for always being pleasant, helpful, and welcoming!

To the Staffs at 'The Alexander Apt' located at Rego Park, NY : I moved into The Alexander a few weeks ago, and although I should have written this sooner, I want to express how glad I am to be living here. The leasing process felt very thorough and thoughtful, which I now realize was a reflection of the team’s commitment to ensuring quality. To be honest, this is only my second rental—and my first time in New York—so I didn’t have much to compare it to. However, looking back, I truly appreciate how the leasing office took the time to carefully vet every detail. Their careful approach throughout the process gave me confidence that everything was handled properly from the very beginning.
