We had a very good experience with Streamline Developers, specifically, Ryan Willis. Moving into a new home can be daunting and overwhelming, Ryan made the process enjoyable. From our initial meeting to the closing, he helped guide us with our endless questions and concerns. Ryan was always professional, flexible. knowledgable and a great communicator. From start to finish...(5.5 months) everyone at Streamline were AWESOME!!! Danielle made our interior design come alive; Phillip our site supervisor kept everything under control, and Adam, the GC kept the timeline going. Streamline is a class act and we give them an A+++ review. From the every 2 week phone / video calls to keep us updated to tweaks here & there, they made our forever home rise from the pines and we couldn't be happier. Thank you

Streamline customized our primary home in Beau West for us and we couldn’t be happier with the build. Completed on time and appraised 40k over what we paid. The initial punch list was very short and completed to satisfaction timely. Looking forward to a fourth streamline investment property soon.
