If you're a first time home buyer like we were, there is no one I would recommend other that Matt Hill! We had been searching for a home for quite a while and ran into him through a Zillow request. He was there for the last 8-9 month stretch and he was fabulous! He was always available either via text or email to answer questions about properties at any time. He was very responsive and sensitive to what we were looking for and how long we had been searching. He would get us scheduled same day, same week, or if we needed, the weekend, for any property we were interested at looking at. He was always available to take us back to any property more than once! I could not recommend a better agent for any first time home buyer!!!
