Homeowner Review: So far so good working with Kenny and Buddy. The communication is up to par and I feel comfortable scaling now. If you’re planning on building a real estate portfolio at scale having property management that can communicate and you can trust is important. The only thing I will say is they stay very local, as in they do not expand out to New Bern. In a way this is good because they want to ensure they can adequately manage properties close by. Repairs are expensive but I would rather have a professional do it right the first time saving me money down the road. I’m feeling optimistic 🤞🏼
