As I begin a new journey in my life living on the Crystal Coast ( Carteret County ), finding the right real estate agent is vital to finding the right home. Doing my research I decided to contact Rike Real Estate. I was introduced to the owner’s son, Wyatt Rike, whose personality and knowledge of the area suited my needs. I have found Wyatt very knowledgeable of the entire area, knowledgeable of the types of homes in the area and the market of buying and selling homes both on the outer banks and inner banks, knowledgeable of weather effects on homes in the area as well as flood zones - always well prepared when visiting a home and the particulars of home. He has been most accommodating when there is a home I find that is of interest to me. Very quick turn around to visit homes of interest.
