Stratton Oaks Apartments

It is ridiculous here at Stratton Oaks Apts is getting uninhabitable because of roach infestations and everybody is complaining they need to get to the root of the problem even though my house has been sprayed with actisol already I still have ongoing roaches they need to do everybody's apartments over here every apartment here all 80 of them

Don't expect to get maintenance when a service order is placed. I've been without a kitchen light for 6 weeks now. Pest control! That's a joke. Management does not help with the infestation of roaches. Down right inhumane.

They are monsters renting a mold infested property for profit only. residents become sick and long term older residents have died. I paid for my own testing and called health athourity and the found the place unhabital . So if you vaule your life knowing what toxic mold can do to the human body stay away from these heartless lackless morale businesses sick individuals. They even expose their maintenance worker to the unknown harm of mold telling the its nothing... Sad that people and city individualsthink this is the right way to profit

This is the worst place I’ve ever lived! Constant harassment by management and corporate personnel. I moved from a 1bedroom to a 2 bedroom, never got itemized statement or deposit back,corporate management said I didn’t give a forwarding address,I Moved Across the parking lot. There’s mold n black mold in most if not al the apartments. It’s constant non stop nightmare.

Don't live here, you will have to pay rent AND for any repairs needed even when they were notified at the move in what was wrong. They never repaired ANYTHING then charge you later when they finally get around to it...a year later. Their appliances are from the 80's but when they break down you either have to fix it, replace it yourself or they claim tenant usage and charge you without your consent OR proof of the charges. Corp does nothing just lets manager do whatever she wants, right or wrong. If you report the manager she retaliates against the tenant. The manager Is VERY RUDE.
