Stratford Station Apartments

Maintenance has been fantastic. I’ve had some plumbing issues, but Daniel has always been incredibly helpful whenever I need something. He is pretty amazing Greystar! He’s dedicated to this place! Parking, however, continues to be a major issue. I believe residents should have an assigned spot. So, are there any consequences for parking illegally? I’m trying to find parking, and I see cars in handicap white lines/red zones, broken-down cars, and of course, no permits. Why even have permits if they’re not enforced? Everyone seems to think it’s okay. This place is nice, but rules should be enforced more.

Hi all, I’m Manny, a painter by trade. I’ve done a lot of painting in many different apartment complexes in the Denver area. Stratford Station is not only located in the “nice part of town,” lol. But the units are modern and well kept. What’s more impressive than the units it offers are the staff. In particular Daniel Thompson, professional and down to earth. If anyone is looking for their next place. Stratford Station is definitely one of the best. (Trust me, I’ve painted a lot different places) 😎

Stratford station is improving their look inside and out, I am very impressed with even minor details like the garbage enclosures, but this place is always very tidy. I know the maintenance staff, lead by Daniel, is on top of their game. Response time to a request is very fast and everyone I’ve seen encounter Daniel has treated him like an old friend and he does the same. He deals with a lot of people and addresses them by their name correctly every time. That has always been super important to me but it seems like the world we live in today, most people don’t bother to try being nice and attentive, and Daniel is both those things. Friendly, knowledgable and efficient are what come to mind when I think of the staff at Stratford station. Especially Daniel! Thanks for all you do.

Update: After posting my original review, management removed the carpet replacement charge, as the carpet was over five years old. Apparently, the assistant manager was not aware of this policy. I am confused as to how such a significant error occurred and hope management is reviewing their practices to prevent similar issues in the future. I am still extremely dissatisfied that it took leaving a negative review to have this mistake corrected. When I received my final statement, I immediately contacted management and was told to follow up with corporate, who were unhelpful and rude and stated they could not remove the charge. Regarding the high utility charges, I was told they are always billed two months in arrears, so moving out “catches you up.” I still find this suspicious, as this h
