Stony Ridge Studio Apartments

The management there is disrespectful and rude, gave them a deposit 1st and last months rent and they decided to charge an extra $400 for "damages". They make have "nice" apartments but they are HIGHLY disrespectful and rude. If you bring up an issue with a fridge or dishwasher they say its something YOU did wrong. I don't not recommend them at all!! Poor management!

Everything was great when we moved in. Then when we went to move out, they wouldn't give us our deposit back. They kept making up excuses. I've heard this from other people after we had moved in there. No matter what you do they make up stuff so they dont have to give you the deposit back. We had the place cleaned, carpet shampooed and did everything we were supposed to. They still came up with reasons not to give us our deposit back. The place looked better when we left than when we moved in. Never again. Whelan properties does not do good business and takes advantage of college students!

Enjoyed living here until move out. They screwed us on the security deposit. Every nook and cranny they could come up with that wasn't "clean" they charged us for and not only wouldn't give the deposit back but charged us for more.

Don’t bother with this company if you have any previous criminal charges (even if they are non violent and not drug related) (which they do NOT make clear on their website) my boyfriend and I wasted $70 applying for a little studio and were rejected less than 2 hours later.

Honest to God they suck and Bob is even worse he's just some old ego inflated know it all. Also who wants to stay at a coin operated laundry place anyways they're cheap and they're even cheaper.
