Is what it is. Not very nice on the inside, outdated, loud neighbors and dogs, suspected crime and drug use (might as well write confirmed, it doesn't take a rocket scientist). However, beautiful outdoors and bridges that go throughout the courtyards, reasonable rent, garages, gated with assigned parking.

I know everyone is different but I've had a really good experience living here for the past 3 years, rent has only gone up once and it's a very reasonable price. It's not the nicest place to live but you still get great value for what you pay for.

Came by to inquire about the property and the Gentleman in the office (Ismael) was absolutely INCREDIBLE. He was so knowledgeable about the property and the community! He answered all my questions and more! Such an asset to the property!! Thank you sir for all your time and assistance!

Been here almost a year, street parking for your second car sucks. Kids during the day but pretty quite at night with is good. Oh yeah street parking sucks tho

The Management Company is in complete disarray. They care nothing of their tenants or guests. Feel free to ask me how and why.
