Stonegate Village

Me and my family have lived here since August and we have nothing but good things to say honestly Lisa is very nice we scheduled a viewing for the apartment and moved on with the application the next day it was all very straightforward and easygoing. But my experience here has met up to my expectations when I have a problem I make sure to let her know directly and it is fixed within the same day. Maintenance guy is truly amazing getting to me fast as possible to help resolve issues he even came when we had a problem and I had no idea to help us fix it .

Been at the apartments for awhile now. Great availability for 2 to 4 bedroom apartments, management is amazing and super nice and so is maintenance. Communication is really good with things getting done that need it. And the complex is getting a whole new face-lift and is looking great!

Well, I was really hoping to find a place here to live. Scheduled a tour for today at 2pm and Lisa wasn’t there. The maintenance guy found me standing outside and notified me that lisa had left for the day that she hit her 39 hours… he was really nice. Showed me a 3 bedroom and tried to give me as much info as he could. But, I left work early today just to make it to this “tour” before lisa was off at 3.. needless to say this is a poor look on this property and I am going to look elsewhere. I hope this property can clean up their team.. sounds like a good thing I didn’t get stuck living here…

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. I would give zero stars if I could. I was stuck in my lease at this place and property management(lisa) and maintenance (ray) made my family's life hell the time we spent there. To began with they never respond to work orders in a timely manner even emergencies my front door was broken into and property manager stated that was not a priority and she'd have maintenance look at it when he has time, my front door wouldn't even shut had to have outside help come repair for me so I can shut the door, or I was left 4 weeks without my refrigerator working all my food went bad and not once did property Mananagment consider that a priority I had to bug and bug and bug. We just moved in about a month ago, the manager was very friendly and explained what was to be expected, maintenance guy has been a great help, even with things he don't need to help with he is willing to help move or fix. I haven't had any problems with the tenants everyone are friendly and have not been loud on nights, I like that. My husband and I work early so we go to bed early. I would definitely refer this complex!
